Emergency Response

CFI is capable of providing a variety of skilled and experienced incident management personnel and quality apparatus for wildland fire and all-risk emergency incident preparedness and response purposes. Typical customers of these services include government entities, non-governmental organizations, and private client groups such as homeowners as well as corporate landowners of natural areas. CFI personnel and apparatus can be made available for wildfire preparedness/standby, prevention, suppression, and private asset protection actitivies. CFI personnel strictly adhere to the chain-of-command as it pertains to the Incident Command System (ICS) when assigned to incidents and dealing with cooperating entities.

All personnel meet or exceed industry standards for their respective specialty and are physically fit responders, possessing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task at hand. Many of these personnel possess advanced operations, planning, aviation, and dispatch qualifications. Examples of emergency response capabilities of CFI include the ability to provide NGOs and governmental entities with a short Incident Management Team (IMT) capable of advisement for or actual management of any type of incident whether it be a natural or man-made disaster, or a large-scale planned event. Our crews of emergency response professionals are also capable of storm damage assessment, debris removal, and disaster relief tasks in the wake of the unimaginable, such as a hurricane or tornado.
